Our Response
Upon receipt of a proper DMCA Notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly
- Notify the user who posted the content of the takedown
- Terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake;
- Your name, address, and telephone number;
- Consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court for your location or, if outside the US, the courts of India.
